This ad hoc committee shall review the role of the AAPM in international activities and make recommendations for future scope of activities, policies and procedures, organization, management, administration, and funding.

Tasks

1. Create an comprehensive inventory of AAPM international activities
1. Programs
2. All Liaisons
3. All representative to international meetings
2. Provide historic information on all AAPM spending on international activities
3. Make recommendations for the scope, organization, management, and administration of AAPM international activities
4. Make recommendations for total AAPM funding of international activities

1. Level of funding for AAPM international activities?
2. For what activities should this money be spent?
3. How should these activities be organized?
   1. Administrative committee
   2. If an administrative committee how should the committee work with existing committees?
   3. Committee under an existing council?
4. What liaisons should the AAPM have to international organizations?
   1. How should they be funded?
   1. IOMP

   3. ESTRO
   4. Others
   2. How should the liaisons be appointed and how should they report?
5. How should the visibility of the AAPM International Activities be improved?

6. How should requests for funding from outside organizations and groups be treated? (Policy and Procedures)

7. It is frequently advantageous for the AAPM to be represented at international meetings
