The Annual Meeting Coordinating Committee (MCC) should develop policies and procedures to increase the international participation in the Annual Meeting.

This ad hoc committee shall review the role of the AAPM in international activities and make recommendations for future scope of activities, policies and procedures, organization, management, administration, and funding.

The Annual Meeting Coordinating Committee (MCC) should develop policies and procedures to increase the international participation in the Annual Meeting.
Suggestions to consider include:
- An annual International Symposium hosted by the President and the IAC.
- Reduced registration for participants from developing countries.
- Review registration fees for all international participants to evaluate possibilities for reduction.
- Establish travel awards for participants from developing countries.
- A systematic procedure for identifying and recognizing international leaders who attend.
- Making meeting presentations (scientific, educational, professional) available on the web to serve the international community.
